PAGO PAGO, American Samoa (The Samoa News, Aug. 14, 2012) – Economic development plans for the Manu’a Island group will be included in American Samoa’s Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS), a project of the Department of Commerce working with the Territorial Planning Commission.
